Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) | NANSEN Machinery
Find answers to common questions regarding machine specifications, voltage customization, production lead times, custom mold tooling, and global technical support from NANSEN.
Can machines be customized for our local industrial voltage (380V, 415V, 480V, 60Hz)?
Yes. All NANSEN machines are engineered to match your local power standard. We configure 3-phase industrial power systems for 220V, 380V, 415V, 440V, or 480V at 50Hz or 60Hz. Siemens, Schneider, and Omron electrical components are integrated based on customer specification.
What is the typical production lead time and shipping arrangement?
Standard machinery models are manufactured within 15–25 working days upon order confirmation. Custom engineered tooling, specialized automation, or non-standard pressing configurations require 30–45 working days. We provide sea freight (FCL/LCL) with export-grade moisture-proof packaging, anti-rust coating, and reinforced wooden crates to ports worldwide.
Do you provide custom molds, dies, and tooling designed for our specific workpieces?
Yes. We offer complete turnkey mold design and manufacturing services. Whether you are producing aluminum cookware, automotive bushings, aerosol cans, or hard-seal valve balls, our engineering team manufactures matched carbide-tipped punches, dies, and ejection systems based on your CAD drawings or physical product samples.
Can we send material samples for trial testing before placing an order?
Absolutely. We encourage clients to ship raw material slugs, plates, or blanks to our factory. Our engineers perform trial pressing, extrusion, or grinding tests, providing a comprehensive report with dimensional measurements, surface roughness (Ra), and processing video footage within 3 to 5 working days at no charge.
How do you handle installation and operator training for international buyers?
We provide two flexible support channels: (1) Full on-site installation and hands-on operator training by experienced NANSEN field engineers dispatched to your plant; (2) High-definition live video commissioning guidance alongside comprehensive English electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and video tutorials.
What warranty and after-sales spare parts support do you provide?
Every machine comes with a 12-month comprehensive warranty covering major mechanical and hydraulic components. After the warranty period, genuine factory replacement parts (seals, valves, sensors, cylinders) remain available at direct cost price for the entire operating life of the equipment. Technical support enquiries receive an assigned engineer response within 4 hours.
How do I request a formal quotation (RFQ) for my production project?
To receive a precise technical proposal and commercial quotation, share your target workpiece drawings (dimensions, wall thickness, material grade), required output capacity (pieces/hour), and local voltage. Contact our engineering sales team directly via email or our online contact form.
Have a Specific Machine Requirement?
