Key Technical Features
Mechanical Inertial Drive
Significantly reduces energy consumption and noise levels compared to traditional hydraulic systems while maintaining high cycle speeds.
Precision PLC Control
Integrated PLC system ensures stable, repeatable forming pressure and accurate stroke control for complex metal geometries.
Multi-Stage Versatility
Optimized for seamless integration into production lines requiring bottom forming, wall ironing, and flange trimming.
Global Certification
Compliant with IEC60204-1 standards (Intertek COC approved), ensuring safety and reliability in international factory settings.
How to Choose the Right Tonnage?
For cookware production, selecting correct tonnage prevents incomplete draws (too low) or material cracking (too high):
- NS-40 (32T): Ideal for 20–26 cm diameter saucepans/milk pots (1.0–2.0 mm aluminum).
- NS-55E (55T): Recommended for 28–36 cm stockpots and pressure cooker bases (up to 3.0 mm blanks).
Rule of thumb: Every 100mm increase in diameter on 1.5mm aluminum sheet requires approx. 8–12 additional tons of blankholder force.
