Oil Press Machine Service & Support — Pre-Sale to After-Sales

Service & Support

Attentive Service, Worry-Free Purchase

Phase 01

Pre-Sale Service

  • Raw Material Trial Press: Send us a sample of your raw material — seeds, nuts, or plant-based feedstock — and our engineers will conduct a trial pressing test. Oil yield, residue rate, and processing suitability are assessed and reported back to you within 3 working days.
  • Industry-Specific Consultation: We regularly work with grain and edible oil processors, small-scale oil workshops, individual entrepreneurs, agricultural by-product processors, township market oil shops, and smallholder sesame, rapeseed, and camellia seed producers. If your operation fits a similar profile, we can draw on direct experience to guide your equipment selection.
  • Site-Specific Layout Design: We review your floor plan, power supply, and workflow requirements to produce a layout drawing tailored to your facility — not a generic template.
  • Engineered-to-Order Manufacturing: Where standard models don't fit your process, we redesign the pressing chamber, feed system, or output capacity to match your exact production targets.

Phase 02

In-Sale Service

  • Production Lead Time: Standard models are completed within 15–20 working days from order confirmation. Custom or non-standard configurations — including enlarged pressing chambers or modified output systems — require 25–30 working days. Lead times are confirmed at order placement.
  • Three-Stage Quality Inspection: Every machine passes through three mandatory checkpoints: incoming parts inspection upon warehouse receipt, full-assembly functional testing after build completion, and a loaded full-pressure trial run before the unit is cleared for shipment. All stages are conducted against documented production standards.
  • Pre-Installation Coordination: Our technical team provides circuit diagrams and pipeline routing plans during production, so your site preparation runs in parallel with manufacturing.
  • Pre-Shipment Documentation: A final inspection report is issued before packaging begins. Non-conformances identified at any stage are corrected before the machine proceeds.
Phase 03

After-Sales Service

From the moment your machine leaves our factory, our responsibility shifts — it doesn't end. Installation guidance, remote commissioning support, operator training, and long-term maintenance assistance are all part of what we deliver. To date, we have served 200+ domestic and international clients across 10+ countries and regions.
  • Dedicated Technical Response: During business hours, all technical enquiries are handled by an assigned engineer — not a general support queue. Response within 4 hours is our standard. Our after-sales team consists of 8–12 full-time mechanical and hydraulic engineers.
  • Export-Grade Packaging: Machines are packed to withstand ocean freight conditions — moisture barriers, rust inhibitors, foam cushioning, and reinforced crating are applied as standard.
  • Remote Commissioning & Operator Training: Our engineers guide your team through installation, first-run calibration, and machine operation via video call — step by step, in real time. Detailed operation manuals and video tutorials are also provided so your operators can reference the material independently after the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I test my raw material before placing an order?

Yes. You can mail or deliver a sample of your raw material — sesame, rapeseed, camellia seed, or other oil-bearing crops — to our facility. Our engineers will conduct a trial pressing test and return the results, including oil yield rate and residue analysis, within 3 working days. There is no charge for this service.

How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a machine?

Standard models are completed within 15–20 working days from order confirmation. Custom or non-standard configurations — such as enlarged pressing chambers or modified feed systems — require 25–30 working days. Shipping lead time depends on your destination and chosen freight method.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

The warranty covers core component failures that occur under normal operating conditions, starting from the date of successful installation and commissioning. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or natural disaster. After the warranty period, spare parts and technical support remain available at cost price for the full working life of the machine.

Do you provide remote commissioning guidance and operator training?

Yes. Our engineers provide step-by-step remote commissioning guidance via video call, walking your team through installation, first-run calibration, and machine operation. We also supply detailed operation manuals and video tutorials so your operators can reference the material independently after the session.

How quickly can I reach a technical engineer after purchase?

During business hours, all technical enquiries are routed to an assigned engineer — not a general support queue. Our standard is to respond within 4 hours. Support is available by phone, video call, or remote diagnostic session.
